Sponsors and Other Partners. Corporate Social Responsibility. We are
seeking financial support from companies or individuals who want to make a real
difference to the lives of some of the poorest inner city children in Bockleton Study Centre is a residential outdoor
education centre based in the Worcestershire countryside.
It provides opportunities for the children of We are currently working with disabled children and
their families as well in an exciting new project called “Short Breaks for
Disabled Children.” We know that the current financial climate is
difficult for many, but we know also that it is essential in tough times for
organisations to have clear differentiation from competitors. Corporate social
responsibility, having a firm commitment to local communities, can and does
provide added value in the form of staff loyalty and retention, as well as
building or reinforcing a strong sense of corporate identity. It’s good to work
for an organisation you can be proud of. Any contribution you could make would be most welcome
and will be acknowledged in full on printed materials in the centre and on the
centre website. To give some ideas the following levels of sponsorship
would provide a week long, fully catered, adventure week for the following
numbers: £1,200 – 5 children. £2,400 – 10 children. £4,800 – 20 children. £9,600 – 40 children. £14,400 – 60 children. You may prefer to make a one off donation to the centre, or to support the work of the centre in other ways, through voluntary labour, or provision of equipment for example. If you
are interested in making a difference and take corporate social responsibility
seriously, please call or email me. I would be delighted to show you and other
senior managers around the building so you can see for yourself just how
important we are for the children of It is also possible for us to arrange staff team
building / adventure days as well at discounted rates for sponsor organisations;
we can discuss this further when you call or visit. Many thanks for taking the time to read this. You can
make a difference; please call soon. 01568 750234. Andy.j.taylor@birmingham.gov.uk |
